UPCOMING EVENTS
Thursday May 23rd 6pm - 8pm
Organized by Jenn Edlin
Dinner discussion - Aedp 2.0 Karen Kranz's chapter + conversation about an in-person sup group in the fall. I'll provide pizza. Bring something to share or just yourself. Location - Rockridge (address will be sent at time of RSVP)
Please RSVP to Jenn.
Sunday June 23rd @11am
Meet at Lake Merritt
Organized by Ben Lintschinger
We'll be meeting on the green lawn of Lake Merritt near Euclid and Grand Avenue. Feel free to bring additional snacks or anything you'd like to share with the group. But no need to worry if you just bring yourself. Depending on the weather, blankets to sit on and something for the sun can be handy.
Please be in touch with Ben to RSVP.
Sunday July 14th @4pm (10 person limit)
Meet at Panoramic Way
Organized by Steve Kanofsky & Sammy Kanofsky
Join Sammy Kanofsky of Soul|Light Ecotherapy for a guided forest bath on Sunday, July 14th from 4pm-6pm on the Berkeley Fire trails. We can start at Panoramic Way in Berkeley (RSVP for precise address) and walk down the trail from there. Together, we will open our senses to take in the healing benefits of slowing down in nature, and notice the way our minds and hearts open to new possibilities, when given the chance.
Through a combination of solo, partner, and group exercises, we will get a taste of the relational magic and healing that forest bathing has to offer practitioners and clients alike!
Please RSVP at your earliest opportunity to Steve. This group will be capped at 10 people. Offered for free, with donations encouraged to the Sogora-te Land Trust in recognition that we live and work on native lands. Folks are welcome to hang out at Steve's for drinks and chatting after we complete the forest bathing.
